Returned items must be:

Unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition

With all original tags and packaging intact

Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or invoice)

To request a return or exchange:

We’ll reply within 24 - 48 hours with further instructions and your return shipping address.

Once we receive and inspect your item, we’ll issue a refund or send your replacement.

🔹 3️⃣ Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and custom reasons, the following items are non-returnable:

Personalized / custom printed t-shirts

Items on final sale

Gift cards

If you want to exchange for a different size or design, please mention it clearly in your email.
We’ll hold your new item for you until we receive the original one back.

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email.

It may take 5 - 7 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your bank.
